Health care is a necessity; militarily ruling the world is not. Yet, when it comes to the subject of deficits, the pundits and politicians continue to pick on and bully Medicare/Medicaid and Social Security as the culprits, while essentially ignoring the totally unnecessary yet sacred $1.4 trillion imperial military-aggression elephant in the room.

Dismantle the military-industrial complex, bring all the troops home, and tell all the freeloaders like Israel they are on their own. The Imperial Amerika zeitgeist is a mirage. Congress should be ashamed that they didn't have the courage to vote down former President George W. Bush's plan to invade Iraq for fear of looking unpatriotic and losing re-election. READ MORE
